New FAQ for SPs about Location Referrers, How do fees for third-party Location Referrers work?

15 May 2023

New FAQ reference post released, What Posing Level can each Solo Must Have be shot at?

08 May 2023

New FAQ released, How do I capture an XCU shot for stills?

Made new Fetish Finder page, Front Panties XCU. This spec tightens up what’s required: select a “feature” of the panties, be very close to it, and capture it not square-on.

01 May 2023

Refined existing Fetish Finder page for Areola XCU, with accurate stills and video examples (this was previously called “Nipple XCU”, but we learned that the word “nipple” does not include the areola, and this XCU should include both the nipple and the areola). The spec has been modified to include all of the areola and nipple being in the shot.

Made new Fetish Finder page for Must Have: 07: In panties, wide, providing clear guidance for what is expected for stills and video components. There has been a policy change, that the model may wear no clothing other than panties for this Must Have.

28 Apr 2023

Added a new page to Fetish Finder, for the “Bum in panties CU” Must Have. Logging in to Homonoia is required to access this, on a smartphone or desktop / laptop. Terms and requirements clarified, but no significant changes requirements.

17 Apr 2023

Added details of a new “anti-fetish” – models with leg hair.

31 Mar 2023

In Fetish Finder, the Must Have page for Single Breast in profile has been updated to cover how models with saggier breasts should be captured.

Shoot Producers on Level 2 must now complete MMI within 48 hours. More info.

23 Jan 2023

Revised Level 4 regression to L3, to be clearer about how a SP moves from L4 to L3 and back to L4 again.

Updated how stringent expectations are at Level 4 for a high quality shoot, in the Overview section.

19 Dec 2022

Small changes to Location Referral Policies and simplefilmlocations.com.

  • Proposed Location Agreement is one page instead of two pages now (content remains the same, layout has changed)
  • Added a no smoking policy to the Will there be drug use? FAQ. Note that non-smoking Location Owners will not be satisified with someone smoking “out the window”, as the fumes blow right back inside! We recommend not risking it.

18 Nov 2022

Made a new model-facing FAQ, What about anal insertions? This formalises our previous “verbal policies” on anal content in shoots.

14 Nov 2022

Made new model-facing FAQ, When would I NOT be paid?. All of the reasons a model would not be paid for a shoot are in the control of Shoot Producers, so this is essential reading for SPs.

11 Nov 2022

Added clarity on how The Collective works;

14 Oct 2022

Added a new example of when SPs should notify the Collective, “Major portions of the shoot need re-shooting (10 minutes or more), due, for example, to video camera not recording.”

05 Oct 2022

Released a set of FAQs, Working with location referrals.

20 Sep 2022

19 Sep 2022

Spun the Points system (that was specified as part of Level 3 Solo shoots only) out into its own FAQ, How do “Points” relate to Levels?

The Points system will be used in L1 and L2 Solo shoots as well from now on – and for other Shoot Types’ Level systems when they are created.

16 Sep 2022

New FAQ’s published

File naming pattern of HWB’s changed to be <PPCMS ID> <MDB ID> <shoot name> … . MMI Checklist updated in Chklsty to reflect the change, and all SPs emailed.

Defined camera settings for AX100E video cameras, including audio adapter settings (where there are some changes to how we have set some controls in the past), a new FAQ, What are the appropriate settings for Sony FDR-AX100E video cameras?

15 Sep 2022

Level 4 spec clarified;

  • Dressing Room is required for Stills.
  • Add addition example of expectations that principles from L3 still apply (tease and pay off)
  • Clarify how important it is that L4 shoots are radically different from L3 shoots, with some examples
  • Indicate that SP’s are encouraged to challeneg the status quo, push boundaries, and that the company will not penalise them for going “too far” in this regard (but they may receive feedback to “reel it in”).

09 Sep 2022

Policy on Shooting Outside bonus has been changed – now €100 per shoot that is made comlpetely outside (not all Shoot Types are included). Removed from this policy is;

  • No 0.5 bonus for shooting partly outside
  • No bonus for making an IM outside
  • The requirement for five shoots / €500 before invoicing has been removed

Read the new policy on outdoors shoots.

Policy on our Technical standards for shoots has been improved and clarified; allowed for other types of CU shot capture; clearer on Stills lens lengths; organised audio standards more clearly).

08 Sep 2022

HWB policy changes

HWBs were always required to be checked by SPs before models depart the set, but it was never a written policy. Now it is!

Models are no now longer allowed to write their “other names” or handles in HWB’s (eg, OF, Twitter, reddit, etc).

07 Sep 2022

Set standards around Copyright and Trademarks when making abbywinters.com shoots.

15 Aug 2022

Level 3, refined pass/fail for Personal Props. Removed distinction of different types of props (General, Personal, Sexual). refined definition to be “Several props are naturally integrated throughout the shoot narrative adding to the shoots realism and interest. Props are always Actively used.”

04 Jul 2022

Clarified how Posing Level % and Must Haves shot are averaged out between Stills and Video, for Level 3 shoot assessments. See the How does Solo Level 3 work? FAQ, “L3 Basic Requirements” section for more info.

20 Jun 2022

Revised the Level 3 shoot quality and assessments required to move to Level 4. A simpler plus-and-minus points based system, instead of 10-in-a-row and resetting to 0 for a shoot that does not meet any of the Level 3 requirements, SP’s earn a point for a shoot that meets the requirements, lose a point for a shoot that has significant missing elements, and may earn zero points if the shoot has minor issues. However, a shoot that does not meet the basic requirements does reset the counter to zero.

This change makes it less-challenging for Shoot Producers to advance to Level 4.

See the How does Solo Level 3 work? FAQ, “Advancing from Level 3 to Level 4” section for the full details.
