Where can I see the Covid-19 vaccination status of a model?

The Covid-19 vaccination status of models is stored in the MDB. We started recording this data in early October 2021, so models we no longer work with or models we have not yet asked (or heard back from) will have no data.

Covid-19 vaccination status is recorded as a Group the model is added to.

ABOVE: (click for larger version) ​In the screenshot above (from a test MDB record), (1) Lists the Groups a model is currently assigned to. If a model has been asked about being vaccinated against Covid 19, their answer will appear here. ​(2) Where the Groups are listed that don’t apply to this model. If a model has not been asked about Covid-19 vaccination yet, none of the four Groups will be selected.
